This is a UX preview — live tracking is powered from the customer portal once connected.
Tracking is built into every Merchant Couriers booking — no extra charge and no separate app to install.
Watch your parcel move in real time and see exactly how far the driver is from the drop-off point.
We message you at pickup, when the driver sets off, and the moment your delivery is signed for.
Every completed job stores a recipient name, signature and timestamp that you can download later.
